What's included.

Profile Building is a structured, 12-week program that takes your profile from its current state to funding-ready. Every step is methodical, documented, and measurable.

3-Bureau Profile Assessment

Individual review of TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax — every tradeline, inquiry, public record, and account status. Each bureau maintains its own file. We analyze all three independently because lenders do.

FCRA-Compliant Dispute Filing

Strategic disputes under Sections 609, 611, and 623 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We don't just send template letters — we build dispute strategies around how each bureau responds and escalate through the proper channels when needed.

FDCPA & Metro 2 Compliance

Verification that all reported data complies with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Metro 2 reporting standards. If a furnisher is reporting inaccurately, we have the legal framework to challenge it.

Tradeline Optimization

Strategic management of your existing accounts — utilization ratios, authorized user placement, account age protection, and balance distribution. Small changes in how your accounts are structured can move your score significantly.

Net 30 Vendor Accounts

Establishment of business tradelines through Net 30 vendor accounts that report to business bureaus. These build your business profile independently of your personal profile — critical for future funding applications.

Rent Reporting Enrollment

Your rent payments — often your largest monthly obligation — aren't reported to bureaus by default. We enroll you in reporting through Document Rent, adding positive payment history to TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.

Business Bureau Registration

Registration and profile establishment with Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Many business owners don't know these profiles exist — and lenders check them before approving business funding.

Authorized User Strategy

Coordinated placement on seasoned accounts with low utilization and long history. This can add years of positive history to your profile in a single reporting cycle — one of the most impactful strategies available.

Monthly Progress Reports

Detailed tracking of score movement, dispute outcomes, tradeline changes, and bureau responses. You see exactly what changed, why it changed, and what's happening next. No guessing.

How disputes work.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you specific rights to challenge inaccurate information on your profile. We use every available pathway strategically.

Section 609

Verification Request

Requires bureaus to provide documentation proving that the information on your report is accurate and was reported properly. If they can't verify it, they must remove it.

Section 611

Reinvestigation

Triggers a formal reinvestigation of disputed items. The bureau must contact the furnisher, verify the data, and respond within 30 days. If the furnisher can't verify, the item is removed.

Section 623

Direct Furnisher Dispute

Goes directly to the company reporting the information (the furnisher), bypassing the bureau. This is the escalation path when bureau-level disputes don't resolve the issue.

FDCPA

Debt Validation

For collection accounts — requires the collector to prove they have the legal right to collect, the amount is correct, and the debt is within the statute of limitations. Many collections can't survive this challenge.

Questions about profile building.

How is this different from doing it myself?

You can absolutely file disputes yourself — the FCRA gives you that right. The difference is strategy. We know which items to dispute first for maximum score impact, which dispute method works best for each situation, and how to escalate when a bureau doesn't respond properly. We also handle the coordination across all three bureaus simultaneously, which most people find overwhelming on their own.

How much can my score improve?

Results vary significantly depending on your starting position. Clients with inaccurate negative items often see the largest improvements — 50 to 150+ points over the program. Clients with already-clean profiles who are adding positive tradelines typically see 20-60 points. We never guarantee specific outcomes because every profile is different.

What if I have no negative items?

Profile building isn't just about removing negatives. If your profile is clean but thin (few accounts, short history, low limits), we focus on building — authorized users, tradelines, vendor accounts, and rent reporting to strengthen your profile for funding applications.

Will disputes close my accounts?

No. Disputes challenge the accuracy of how information is reported — they don't close accounts or change your actual obligations. A successful dispute removes or corrects inaccurate data. Your accounts remain intact.

Can I keep monitoring after the 12 weeks?

Yes. At the end of the program, you can transition to our Profile Monitoring plan ($37/mo) to maintain visibility across all three bureaus. If you're ready for funding, you can move directly to the Full Funding Package.

Do you handle business profiles too?

Yes. Business bureau registration and profile building is included in the Optimize plan. We register your business with Dun & Bradstreet (PAYDEX score), Experian Business (Intelliscore), and Equifax Business — and establish the initial tradelines that start building your business profile.

What information do you need from me?

To start, we need government-issued ID, proof of address, and authorization to pull your bureau files. If you're building business profiles, we'll also need your EIN, business formation documents, and business bank statements. Everything is uploaded securely through your dashboard.

How do I track progress?

Your dashboard shows real-time score tracking across all three bureaus, dispute status with expected resolution dates, tradeline reporting status, and monthly detailed reports comparing your current position to your baseline.
